How are service workers vetted?

All service workers on Servicio Mobile App go through a verification process, including background checks and skill verification. We require all workers to provide proof of identity, professional certifications, and work experience before being listed on the platform.

How can I pay for the services?

You can pay for services directly through any payment gateway using your preferred method, such as mobile wallets or online banking. Payments are processed securely, and you will receive a receipt after each transaction.

Can I tip the service worker through the app?

Yes, after the service is completed, you have the option to leave a tip through the app. You can choose a preset tip percentage or enter a custom amount.

  • Selecting the booking you want to modify.
