This Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) governs the access or use by you of the information service platform (“Platform”) through our mobile applications, website, applications (together “Applications”) to receive services made available by SERVICIO APP OF GERRMAN IT SOLUTIONS INCORPORATED, a company incorporated in the Philippines with its office at Partas Terminal Building, Brgy Malibay, Pasay City.
Please make sure to carefully read through these Terms before accessing or using the Platform. These Terms, whether stated or otherwise referenced herein, set forth rights and obligations and constitute a legal agreement between Servicio App and you.

In these Terms, the words “you” or “your” refer to all individuals and other persons who access or use the Platform, including, without limitation, any organizations that enroll or otherwise access or use the Platform through their respective representatives or employees (“User(s)”).
In these Terms, “Applicable Law” means applicable Philippine laws, rules, and regulations governing payments and all services provided hereunder, including any foreign laws, treaties, rules, regulations, regulatory guidance, directives, policies, orders, or determinations of (or agreements with), and mandatory written direction from (or agreements with) any regulatory authority, as each may be amended from time to time.
We reserve the right to change these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of the Terms and, in some cases, we will provide you with additional notice (such as adding a statement to our homepage or sending an email). Changes take effect upon posting unless stated otherwise. Continued use of the Platform after posting means you accept the changes.
The services provided by Servicio App (“Services”) connect Users and independent third-party Service Partner Providers who provide different services, logistics, and/or delivery services. These may be requested through the Platform supplied by Servicio App.
While using the software provided by Servicio App (“Software”), you agree that:
Other than the license to use the Software granted hereof, no other license or right is granted. Ownership of the Software and all rights remain with Servicio App and its suppliers.
Your privacy is important to us. Servicio App follows legal regulations governing data collection, storage, and use. By using our Platform, you agree to our data practices (including image storage and user data handling) for the purpose of connecting with service providers.
Use of Camera and Firebase Services
Servicio App may request camera access for interactions such as uploading images or IDs for validation. We use Firebase for analytics and image storage (e.g., facial IDs, clearances, certificates). Data is stored securely and used only to deliver essential service functions, in compliance with privacy laws.
User Consent and Data Collection Practices
By using the Servicio App, you consent to our data handling practices consistent with Google Play’s compliance requirements regarding sensitive permissions and data collection.
By creating an Account, you consent to receive communications from Servicio App (email, SMS, calls, push notifications). You understand these may be generated by automated systems and/or contain pre-recorded messages related to your use of the Services.
Servicio App (and its licensors, where applicable) owns all rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform and Services, including all related intellectual property.
Servicio App is not responsible and shall not be liable for damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Services, including damages arising from misuse, wrong numbers, network issues, malware, viruses, or inaccuracies/incompleteness.
Except as otherwise stated, these Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
By using the Servicio App, you accept these Terms and any future modifications posted. If any provision is deemed illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed not to form part of these Terms, without affecting the remaining provisions.
